1. User Agreement

By using Nuxba, you agree to comply with our standards for professional conduct and skill verification. These terms apply to all talent, clients, and visitors of the platform.

2. Vetting Integrity

Any attempt to bypass or cheat the Vetting Marathon (Gate 1, 2, or 3) will result in immediate and permanent suspension from the Nuxba platform. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities.

3. Ma'arifa Shield

All matching and hiring activities are audited by the Ma'arifa Shield anti-nepotism engine. Users must disclose any conflicts of interest during the recruitment process.

4. Placement Fees

B2B placement fees are non-refundable after the 15-day safeguard period has elapsed. Payments are processed through our secure, escrow-based financial system.
