Vetting Marathon Rules

Participants must adhere to the rules of the Vetting Marathon. Any attempt to bypass our automated assessments will result in immediate disqualification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Nuxba platform, including assessment algorithms and the matchmaking engine, is the property of Nuxba Platforms Ltd., headquartered in Algiers, Algeria.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent or malicious activities that could compromise the integrity of our hiring ecosystem.

Matchmaking Engagement

Client organizations agree not to circumvent the Nuxba protocol by attempting to contact or hire candidates outside the platform once their identity has been revealed through a requisition credit.

Employer of Record (EOR)

Nuxba provides Employer of Record services to facilitate international hiring. We manage payroll, tax compliance, and local labor law requirements, acting as the legal employer for your distributed talent.

Liability & Disclaimers

The Nuxba platform is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available'. While we maintain elite vetting standards, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nuxba is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
