2. Vetting Data & Proctoring
During the Vetting Marathon, we collect audio, video, and screen data to ensure the integrity of our talent pool. This data is protected by the Ma'arifa Shield and is only used for verification purposes.
3. Data Sharing & Anonymity
Candidate PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is redacted from talent dossiers until a placement is finalized, protecting both talent and clients during the initial matching phase.
